At Apollo Ski, we know that when the snow starts falling, every day counts. We are committed to getting your gear out of the warehouse and onto your doorstep as fast as possible.

Order Processing Time

Speed is our priority. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and major holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your gear leaves our facility.

Standard 3–5 day shipping is 100% free on all orders, regardless of the order value. No codes required—just select the free option at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier has scanned your package.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us immediately at ride@apolloski.com. We will work with the carrier to track down your gear or send a replacement to ensure you don't miss your trip.
